If the MacBook is running Windows, yes, using the Windows Live OneCare Restore tool -

The OneCare backup stores your files in .zip files. You will need to extract the files manually using a 3rd party compression program that runs on OSX and if any files have been split by the OneCare backup, they will need to be rejoined. I'm not aware of a 3rd party rejoin utility for Mac OSX, but I am sure that one must exist. An alternative would be to restore the files using the above utlity to another Windows PC and copying the files over to the Mac.
