i have customer where his OCS account is hosted on OCS 2007 R2, his desktop client is MOC 2007 R2 with the latest May 2009 Rollup. When logged into his desktop client, his communicator stays in the away yellow jellybean. When try to change it manually, it doesn't change. We he logs into CWA, his presence shows correctly and changes accordingly. I've try to disable and enable his account with now luck. Anyone, any ideas what is going on?
