  • I recently tried to get into CRM and got this message:   The instance you selected is inactive and unavailable for sign-in.    That instance was created when I was using the trial license of CRM.  Since then I have purchased real licenses for CRM but now I can't seem to get to that instance because it is inactive.  (Which has plenty of data in it so I'd like to just start using that again.)   Also, there was probably a couple week delay between when I purchased the license and when I next tried to get into CRM and got this message.

    Any ideas?

  • You might try contacting support to see if they can extend the trial so you can get back in.

  • If you are not using CRM for more than 3-4 days, the platform will set you org as inactive in order to improve the usability of the resource.

    You can directly login CRM by url like http://xxx.crm[x].dynamics.com, then it will reactivate your CRM org.
