Hello can someone please help me i just got this computer a few months ago from another couple its a HP Pavilion dv6736nr Entertainment notebook PC ///windows vista home premium ----and there is so many things that are up here I just want to restore it back to normal I'm not computer smart at all so is someone could help and explain I would surely appreciate it. Ive looked up everything I could and haven't gotten anywhere,,I have no volume, I cant start EI I have to run mozilla firefox, I keep getting this update--->Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (KB936330)

every hour it seems even though I install it every timeCan someone PLEASE help me get my computer back to normal I checked the base score and it is a 2.5
my memory(RAM)-1983MB
I honestly have no clue on what any of this stuff means and I have tried my best to read everything I can and I also took it to a computer repair guy but im still having problems. :( please help me uhgggggg very very frustrated

Sorry theses are server forums. Those are the two I would ask in. You need to contact someone knowledgeable on that specific notebook to know if restore info is on hard disk of if you need the HP disks that came with it.

thank you so much for trying to help me Dave Patrick...Ive tried to contact the owners and I cant get a response from them now and also I have done sooooooo much research to try to figure it out its not even funny..its telling me im missing some plug ins? I cant access Internet Explore I have to use firefox, its telling me that I need to update the adobe, and that something has crashed and its shutting down, and the volume does not work it keeps telling me to install the same update over and over again I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IM DOING lol I just want this fixedTuesday, May 14, 2013 2:11 AM
