Hello can someone please help me i just got this computer a few months ago from another couple its a HP Pavilion dv6736nr Entertainment notebook PC ///windows vista home premium ----and there is so many things that are up here I just want to restore it back
to normal I'm not computer smart at all so is someone could help and explain I would surely appreciate it. Ive looked up everything I could and haven't gotten anywhere,,I have no volume, I cant start EI I have to run mozilla firefox, I keep getting this

every hour it seems even though I install it every time
Can someone PLEASE help me get my computer back to normal I checked the base score and it is a 2.5
my memory(RAM)-1983MB
I honestly have no clue on what any of this stuff means and I have tried my best to read everything I can and I also took it to a computer repair guy but im still having problems. :( please help me uhgggggg very very frustrated
