Microsoft Outlook for MAC version 16/16/10 Category colors disappeared

On Friday, my category colors on my calendar were working. Today on Monday, all of the category colors have disappeared but one. I have cleaned the cache on Outlook. How do I get my originally category colors to reappear on my calendar??
