Hello - Is there a way to identify unread emails in CRM through an Avanced Find query? I'd like to display this report on the dashboard to help ensure that contact correspondence does not get neglected?
Hi, I'm afraid that I don't think there is. I think that marking emails as read/unread is an Outlook-only feature and isn't stored on the email itself.
