Mesh not working RRS feed

  • On request of admin, I moved this to a new thread:

    My Mesh is still not working.
    I am able to view on local desktop, but at the moment I want to go to mesh.com to add devices or view live desktop I get:
    "Live Desktop could not connect. Please try refreshing the page." and "Error This service isn't available right now. Please try again later" respectively

    It seems the problem is with my account, I created a new account and then everything works, but I would like to use my original account for obvious reasons.

    I thought it might be because I had 3 linked accounts, but even after I removed it, no change.

    I tried this on my Win7 and Vista machines, both gave me the same problem.

    Can you also submit a bug report with logs from at least one of the machines?
