Internet explorer Security dialog box is STUCK

   Only when i am in Hotmail i try to send-forward-reply and i get a Iexplorer dialog box saying that hotmail wants to open web content using silverlight.configuration.exe  ALLOW or DON"T ALLOW . The problem is that the dialog box is stuck and i can not choose anything or even close the dialog box. my only choice is to shut down with CTRL+ALT+DEL
