Remove From My Forums

Popups not stopping

I am actually very computer knowledgeable,, but I am stumpted.. Maybe because theres something else that I need to do to OneCare, but I keep getting these popup ads and the titlebar says Adsite in it. The firewall is up and running, and I have checked my Add/Remove Programs, but I can still not find anything. Why is OneCare not stopping these?

It would seem that you are infected with spyware that OneCare is not dealing with. Please contact support for help with removal of this.

All I can find is just a regular help search box as with any other program. Am I not looking in the right place?

If you click on Help in OneCare, it should bring up a dialog with a list of topics and a link at the bottom that says, show me more topics. That will open this page in your web browser:

http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=onecarev2&mkt=en-us

On that page, click "Get more help" from the lower right hand corner and then "Contact Support" on the resulting page.
