Internet Explorer Error Report RRS feed

    I have installed Windows One Live Care.  Now every time I attempt to run internet explorer I get an error report message.  PLEASE HELP!!!

  • Try using Internet Explorer without add-ons to see if the issue persists. To start Internet Explorer with no add-ons open the start menu,right click Internet Explorer and select "Browse without add-ons".

  • Unfortunately that is not an option when I right click internet explorer "browse without add-ons".

    Is there something else I can try?

  • If you browse the all programs menu to Internet Explorer there may be an option to start Internet Explorer in Safe Mode (no add ons).  If you can't find this option launch Internet Explorer>Tools>Manage add ons> disable each add on.
