SCCM deployment status is not updating in console

Hello All,

We have upgraded SCCM console to 2002 one month ago.

But suddenly we noticed that last 2-3 days any deployment status is not updating in sccm console -> monitoring tab

All the systems are in unknown status but when we are checking those system manually, found the installation is completed successfully.

State message somehow is not updating.

We checked MP , all the MPs are working find and client is showing active green in console.

Kindly help
