Trying to keep Windows Live One Care off of my computer?

I am trying to get Windows Live One Care off of my computer because I could never activate it so I went to another antivirus update also they are charging my account 1.00 everytime I tried to get to activate the thing and I cant get any help on getting the money back! HELP!!!

If you can't get your bank/credit card company to reverse the charges based on the fact that you never completed the transaction, contact OneCare customer service (via email) per the instructions here as a trial user:
