    Both your Windows and Office installations are based on Blocked Volume License Keys – you will have to purchase legal copies of both.
    Note, however, that it’s unlikely that you will find legal copies of XP or Office on eBay or like websites – most are counterfeits.
    You computer is possibly too old to be able to cope with Windows 7 – depending on the amount of RAM installed.
    It may be cheaper and/or more convenient to replace the system completely.
