auto renewal RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am not sure if this is the forum to ask this question, however my windows live id has changed. I received an email a while back that said that my live onecare was set to auto renew, I have 15 days left, however, I have been round robin trying to log in to change my payment info as it has definitely changed and it will not let me sign in under new windows live id  then it instructs me to sign in with the id that I had when I got the program originally, it says that I could get phone support but there are not any numbers available.  Can anyone help me get to someone that I can change my payment info with?  I would really appreciate it.

  • I've moved your post to the Install and Activate topic folder.

Unless you have canceled the old LiveID, that is still the LiveID for your subscription. Can you sign into http://billing.microsoft.com with the old LiveID that is associated with your subscription? When you change a LiveID that has paid subscription services associated with it, those services usually do not migrate. In order to halt the auto-renew on the expiration date, you will need to contact support/customer service. And you can then create a new subscription using your new LiveID.
