Is there any parameters to scale I/Q value or wave signal? RRS feed

  • Question

  • As far as I know, txgain value has a meaning only when signal is actually transmitted to air.

what I want to do is to amplify i/q value of signal or wave itself.

is there any way to do this? is there any scale factor parameter in modulation process?

and where can i find and access completely modulated (so ready to be transmitted) frame? (I am

    analyzing umxdot11 source code.)

  • hi,

    d_k_fox,

The modulated signals exist in the samplebuffer which is obtained by SoraPacketGetTxSampleBuffer(), I think you can do something here.

  • Basically, the data before transferring to RCB is the completely modulated IQ. I think you can easily find out where the code is by yourself.
