The business contacts do not show up in OCM app RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am using the OCM app for a while and few days ago, I found my business contacts disappeared in OCM app. Then I open the OCM plugin in my Outlook and the business contacts still there. I also try to add some new contact in OCM app and I found it could be added, but a while later it disappear in OCM app. I try re-sync the cache, re-logon, re-install the app but still not work. I even tried on another iPhone but the contacts still unable to show.

I tried to click Help inside the OCM app but interestingly the support email "ocmhelp@microsoft.com" is unreachable. Then I open a Microsoft support ticket and the support guy just ask me to open a thread here.

What the hell and What can I do now?

  • Hi Stephen,

Welcome to post in Outlook forum. I can understand your frustration and really want to assist if I could. But sorry that here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and my knowledge about OCM is limited so I am afraid little we can help here regarding your issue.

I did some research and found this official page which mentions that "If you need support for Outlook Customer Manager, please contact your Office 365 administrator for technical support, or search for answers to common issues in our community forums." So personally I'd like to suggest contacting your administrator or post a new thread to the dedicated community for Outlook Customer Manager for better response. The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,

    Yuki Sun
