  •  After installing Windows 7 and activating the Product key online,I was assured that it was valid but 30 days later, when I turned on my PC,I got the message that This copy of Windows is not genuine and here is the

    Regarding the Windows activation, try activating using the phone method.

  • Hopefully someone will be on here for the Windows licensing issue but I do note that you don't have a legitimate copy of Office on the comptuer.

    Both versions of Office (2003 Pro and 2007 Enterprise have blocked volume license keys. 

    That type of Product Key is normally sold only to businesses in large quantities (5 or more licenses) and is never sold to an individual as a retail product legally.  If you are an employee of a business that has a volume license for those products you need to contact your IT department so they can resolve the issue.

    If this is a retail purchase then you should attempt to recover your funds by demanding a full and immediate refund from the place you purchased the products.
