I want to dissociate my MCP ID from the old company to be able to associate it with the new company .

Try this:
Link or unlink an MCP ID to or from a partner organization
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2966380
You need to go to the Microsoft partner portal and you can unlink from the MCP and Certifications tab. You will need to be signed in to the website with your Windows live ID(Hotmail, Live etc)
