Error Not Found Not Found - Can no longer post from Live Writer to Blogger

  I have been using Live Writer-Blogger for years.  Yesterday a Not Found Not Found error showed up and I can no longer publish from Live Writer to Blogger.  I notice others have had the same problem. Any suggestions? I am using 2011 version Live Writer.
