    It is blocking programs I do not want blocked and I cannot unblock them because it will not allow me to download the files I need for updating properly.  I have the tirail edition now and was planning on buying this but why should I buy it aftere having these kind of problems withh it already?  It is blocking netscape and I did not want it blocked as well as some other programs....

    You should be able to allow programs by opening OneCare, clicking on Change Settings and then Advanced Settings to add programs and ports and protocols to the allowed list. I would not expect Netscape to be blocked by default, though. You may want to contact support as you may actually have a conflicting firewall installed.
