  • Hi,

Well i had to take a look because the 98 series is an academic series. That's why prometric doesn't offer this exam. MTA exams are only available through MTA exam centers. Quote "MTA exams are available only to and through accredited academic institutions. MTA Campus Licenses are available for purchase through Certiport."

So if you want to do this exam you should look at this site: www.certiport.com and look for MTA exam centers which often is a Campus.

This is the page which is most interesting for you: https://www.certiport.com/portal/DesktopDefault.aspx?page=common/pagelibrary/MTA_certification-exams.html

and you can perform a search for exam centers near you. If you can't find any just pop a mail to certiport and they will be more than willing to assist you.

  • Hi,

What would you like to be guided on. As you can see here: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=98-364#tab3

there isn't a lot of prep material available besides a class room training. But to get you started take a look here:

http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/training/sql-server.aspx that is a great starting place for resources. Start by getting the free ebook and start reading it. MS also has a lot of How To videos on SQL server. Visit the SQL website and take a look there. Important should be the skills being measured list for the exam so that you know what areas are important.

  • Thanks Maurice, it will help a lot.

I checked the Prometric site for the availability of this exam 98-364, but it is not listed out there.

Do you have any idea about when it will be available.
