Subscribing after trial period expires RRS feed

    I am trying to subscribe to one care after my trial period has ended. I input all payment info & it says my account is active & enabled but still can not get the green live one care sysmbol or update it.

  • First, note that it takes 24 hours for OneCare to update its status after purchasing or renewing a subscription.

     

    Also, check that your system date and time are correct.

  • If you subscription status has still not updated after purchasing, please contact support for assistance as something is blocking the receipt of the updated subscription status to your local installation.
