Tested on the old thread, edit the html
<p><strong>with paragraph wrap test</strong></p>
<br /><strong>test using br line break</strong><br /><br /><br />
the second line will be bold as it is, first line is broken.

This is a known issue, but it's still not fixed!
I'm submitting it as another Bug Request. It could be a problem with just some dev center forum styles (CSS).

I think I found what the bug is, the paragraph wrapping is turnning bold <strong></strong> into none-bold for some reason,
<p><strong>test</strong></p> will get you non-bold
<strong>test</strong> will get you bold
One way to work around this I guess is to ditch the paragraph wrapper and just user line break.
