Event Viewer of the Email Router RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I was checking the Event Viewer of the Email Router and I have found that the same log is being created many times.

    "#6511 - An error occurred while checking the email message with subject 'xxxxxxx' in mailbox 'xxxxxxxx'... The sender does not have an email address on the party record (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault.)"

    The email is deleted from the mailbox and I have restarted the CRM Email Router service and still the same log is created in the Event Viewer.

    Any help on stopping the creation of the same log?

  • Go ahead to change the email router threshold date value to some minutes before the error email in EmailAgent.SystemState.xml file, try to restart the service again.
