Unable to backup a pc

  I've been using home server since v1 beta and haven't had this issue before.  This computer even backed up correctly on home server 2011 RC.  I go to start the backup and it fails after a few seconds not ever getting past 1%. 

  "Backup did not succeed" "Backup did not start on this volume" Cannot read information from the computer you want backed up.

  All other pc's on the network backup fine.  I've went and ran a chkdsk /f /r no errors are found.  The client is win 7 x64 that backed up in RC just fine.  I've also reinstalled the connector.  Any other suggestions?  the file system is NTFS and it's on 2x velociraptors raided.  But again this config backed up just a week ago fine on RC...  This only started happening since I had to buy 2011.
