How to fix ACS20001 error while accessing MS Dynamics CRM 2013 Online RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have signed up for MS Dynamics CRM 2013 Online. When I am trying to access CRM application I am getting following error message in IE browser. 

    An error occurred while processing your request.

    HTTP Error Code: 400
    Message: ACS20001: An error occurred while processing a WS-Federation sign-in response.
    Trace ID: 8635eea8-20ce-4239-b9c2-6a05889d8a52
    Timestamp: 2014-04-05 04:50:19Z 

    Can anyone help me how to resolve this error?

    I am not sure about the solution but the issue got resolved with Chrome.
