Where to post technical issue for silverlight

  The system ask me to choose a forum category when I try to post question/discussion. However, I cannot find silverlight category when ask to choose it.

  

  Please refer to screenshot and advise further.

  I think the forums closed because the end is near for silverlight.

  So that means we cannot post new technical question to ask about silverlight issue any more? Only thing is to search those existing questions/answers?

  I was commenting on why you couldn't find Silverlight forum in your screenshot.

  You can but just not in that specific (silverlight) forum since it has been archived (closed) Try in one of the forums Richard suggests or possibly over here.
