Can anyone help

I have had to reformat my Laptop and for some reason I no longer can access my old account to the site (steve Moss), so have had to start a new one, unfortunately I cannot post a question with pics until my account is verified.

How do I do this.

You need to post a request to have your account verified in the current verification thread here:
