  • I have trouble with my computer sending multible copies of an email with attachments. I have worked with an ATT tech and we shut off my anti- virus and it stopped. What is causing this and how do I make it stop?

  • I assume  that you are not using OneCare, so you are off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try the Microsoft Public newsgroups here: http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/Default.aspx or the maker of your antivirus program.

    If your antivirus software includes email scanning, this may be the cause of the problem. Note that OneCare does not scan email, hence my assumption that you are not using it.

  • Sorry for my incorrect assumption and for moving your post to "off topic" where I don't check daily.


    Please contact support to investigate the cause of this problem as I have never heard of OneCare causing this.
