Cannot find Windows Live Movie Maker on my PC RRS feed

    I cannot find Windows Live Movie Maker on my new PC.  So I go to the Microsoft website and down load the  program. The Installation program  tells me that Windows Live Movie Maker and various other Windows Live facilities are  already installed. I have done various searches and no where can I find Windows Live Video maker and the other facilities. Because my PC thinks it already has Movie Maker etc installed it won't let me install it again.

    I am using Windows 7 {64 bit}
