Administrative access mode for installing user RRS feed

  • Hi,

     

    CRM 4.0 : I can't seem to set the access mode for the user that installed CRM (administrator) to Administrative only (instead of full). No matter which user I try to do that with I get "user does not have required permissions...".

    Problem is that now I am 1 license short for the actual CRM users.

    Please help. Thanks

  • You need administrator of the computer / domain having admin rights. for more see userGroups of user in active directory
