Are you running any script blocking tools in your browser?  - There is a EULA you have to agree to before being able to download - it's presented as a grey screen over the download list and you have to click 'agree'

If you are not seeing this EULA, your browser (or something in your browser) may be blocking the agreement dialog.

  • I think Scott and Donna are correct.

    It's browser related.

I keep a XP SP2 laptop around for just such situations.

  • Hi Vinay

I am not having the problems u describe.

If you are still having problems could you be a little more specific about what kind of errors you are getting?

  • My guess is that it is browser settings.  You can try adding http://crmaccelerators.codeplex.com to trusted sites and ensure your browser settings are set to default or low for trusted sites and see if you get a different experience.  You could also download a firefox browser if you are using IE and try the download from the firefox browser to see if you get a different result.
    Best Regards, Donna
