Hi mantukas,
Your log shows XP is not activated. Kindly try to activate it by clicking Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Activate Windows.
After activation, you may proceed to 'validate' by going to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine, select "Validate Windows"

Mantukas,
The mgadiag report is showing that you are trying to install a Gateway Computer OEM SLP license for XP Home onto a computer (motherboard) that is not being identfied as being a Gateway computer or motherboard.
Please understand that in almost all situations, this is a violation of the End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) for OEM XP licenses, which are permanently tied to the computer onto which they are first installed and are not permitted to be moved to or installed on any other computer.
Can you explain why you are doing this?
