Dual Boot Issues: Windows 10 Upgrade from Windows 7 without touching XP Partition. Where Do I Post This?

I have Dual Boot configuration. Windows XP and Windows 7 on another. I want to upgrade Win 7 to Win 10 but leave Win XP (The Main Operating System from which I installed Win 7). I want to be able to select between Win XP and Win 10 in Boot Manager on boot (currently it is Win XP and Win 7).

Will upgrading to Win 10 from Win7 cause me to lose XP Partition?

I have a Desktop PC. Please help.

Details

C partition - Windows 7

D - Windows XP

Please help.
