Microsoft is making changes to the eCommerce store. The improvements will enhance customer service globally. What does this mean and why are we posting here? Team Microsoft wants to make every opportunity possible to notify our customers of process improvements and/or routine server updates. The planned outage means customers will not be able to purchase Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) kits worldwide for 3 hours. Beginning on 14 September 2007 (Friday Night) the WGA eCommerce Servers will be down during the below time:
Work Start: Friday, September 14, 2007 8:00pm Pacific Time.
Work End: Friday, September 14, 2007 11:00pm Pacific Time
