Need help with Office 2013

  Hello my Office and I bought Microsoft Office 2013. We upgraded from 2010. We spend countless hours on it and our eyes are extremely strained due to the brightness. I checked everywhere and I remember in 2010 we had what was called "black theme" This realy made it easy on the eyes but I cant find it anywhere here. I looked up on the net and couldint find one thing. Will there be an update for this? I am on dark grey now and its still too bright. In 2010 everything looked great the sec we upgraded it is way too much to spend more than 30 min on. I also purchased two for my home Pc but the same. I went online and they said the same it only has these options but no black. will there ever be a update for this? we really need black. I know its a simple request as it looks like its just a skin.
