Genuine Office XP Pro isn't genuine according to W7 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have Office XP Pro installed on my new W7 machine but it says it's not genuine although I've run it on previous XP machines just fine. Below is the Diagnostic Report I ran on it.

THe key for office is a blocked VLK, meaning it is a volume licensing key that was leaked, stolen or abused. Contact the system administrator to see if they are now using a different key, office product and have them install a valid version/key. Or if the product was sold to you as a retail product then I hate to say that you were sold an invalid/stolen product and should seek recourse with the vendor.

    THanks
