Question
-
I am student of computer technology at my community college. These are some formulated business question made for a major research assignment.
While releasing new operation system, how are Windows pre-installed photograph wallpapers chosen?
What is the inspiration of the mono-colored design of the current Windows logo vs more organic looking ones?
What is the process of choosing the system sounds integrated within a Windows OS, why include sounds?I appreciate anyone how can write responses or direct me to other forms with answers.

It does not sound to me like learning computer technology but computer technology history!
I hope for your sake that you learn computer technology as well !

Hi Roger,
Thanks for your post.
This forum is used to discuss about Winform developing issue, your issue is not related with developing.
It seems you want to know how and why operation system designed, I do not know which forum is suitable, I will move this to below forum and they might help you move to the correct forum.
