Subscription problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have purchased a copy of Windows Live One Care from the Microsoft Company store. I have successfully installed the product but I am unable to 'subscribe'. I presently have a warning, 'OneCare protection for this pc will expire in 14 days'. When I click the 'subscribe' button I sign in to Windows Live at option 1. Option 2 then appears stating 'Associate this pc with a subscription'. I click 'next'. It responds with 'It looks like you need a subscription. The One Care website will help you to get one. Click continue online to go to the OneCare website'. I click continue and nothing happens.

I have tried getting the subscription via the aol browser and IE7 with the same resulting problem. When I click on any of the help files aol responds by saying the file is too large use another application to open it.

    Any help appreciated

  • This issue is now resolved. For some reason the product was eventually activated.
