    Hi there,

     

    This may sound like a silly question but I'll ask anyway.

     

    The minimum allowed minutes for auto synching with Outlook is 15 minutes. Does it mean that synching will NOT work if I invoke 'Synchronize with CRM' from the CRM menu in Outlook inside 15 minutes? Should I wait 15 minutes before doing manually synching with CRM, sounds silly but I ask 'coz of the following reason...

     

    We have a custom entity on the contact object which is an N:N relationship which means you can assign CRM contacts to specified users and then by modify the Local Data Groups in outlook you will get the CRM contacts targeted for you. But I find that it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

     

    I'm about to leave for home now and I hope that the auto syhcing will work thus verifying my question above.

    When you invoke 'Synchronize with CRM' from the CRM menu in Outlook it overrides the 15 minute setting and syncs according to your Outlook settings.
