problem typing in product key RRS feed

  • I purchased LiveOne, but can't type in the product key; it won't let me even type the first letter...why?

  • I've never heard of this problem. I assume that you are trying to enter it during the activation process, started by clicking the link to Subscribe from within OneCare, signing in with a LiveID and then selecting the option to use a retail PIN/Key to subscribe?

    Are you trying to enter the key from inside the retail package?

    What is the first letter of the key (Don't type the key here, just the first letter/number!)?

    Have you rebooted the PC and tried to activate again?
