Workflow Email to Alt-Email RRS feed

  • From a workflow, I need to email a contact (Email 1) and CC their alternate email (Email 2), but CRM just allows you to put the contact in the TO field and it automatically uses the primary email address ONLY.

    Any solutions besides making a whole new contact records just to store the email address to be CC'd?

  • we just spent loads of time on this same issue and came up blank.  you could do some custom code for sending to secondary address, but there is nothing native.  (CRM5 team are you reading here ??)

  • I'm afraid you will see the email template as customizable entity but there does not seem to be a way to do this.

    Perhaps in the future.
