    I want Owner Field to be enabled when doing buld edit on Account/Contact/Lead reords. Is there any way to do this?

    I don't think you'll be able to make this work - trying to enable the field with JavaScript doesn't work. 

    The reasoning is that updating and reassigning and handled differently by the system - each has its own message in the SDK.

    Ownership and status changes can't be done during and update - they must be processed separately.

    You might just want to select multiple records and then choose the Assign button from he ribbon.
