AZ-103 report card shows you are passes but still, exam status shows taken not passes.

  Hello,
  
  i sit for my exam on 29th, report card says, you are passed. but in the Dashboard, i can't see the certificate. Also when i check  Exam history it shows taken, but not showing pass. 
  
  Any help?
