new mobile device installation problem - no SQL CE

   When I try to install on my windows mobile 6.1 device, (sprint touch - i.e. htc vogue) -  I get the following error message:
  
  Unsatisfied Dependency
  
  Live Mesh was unable to find a suitable version of SQL CE on this device.  Unable to install Live Mesh
  
  How can I fix this?  Is there a way I can install the proper SQL CE on my device? -- The device has wm6.1 so I am surprised it is not working.
