Microsoft office badge for Ms Word and Excel.

I have passed the certification for Microsoft Office Word and Excel this week ( Sept. 5, 2018 and Sept. 6, 2018) . I received an email from customerservice@certiport.com that I passed the certification and with link that it states where I can claim my badge online to share it social media. When I clicked that linked and sign up with my certiport email, after I sign up and sign in it says " you don't have any badges to display? The name of the website is youracclaim.com. My question is how many days till I can have access to my badge online for Ms Word and Excel.

Hi,

For me it took a few days once, if you haven't got it let's say after 7 days I would suggest you contact acclaim about it.

"Once you have been issued a badge from an organization partnered with Acclaim, you will receive an email notification from Acclaim (admin@youracclaim.com). That notification email will include instructions for accepting your badge.

If you believe you should have received a badge but have not received an email notification, Contact Us.
