Outlook Client and CRM 2011 Online - errors when selecting New Records, New Activity, Advanced Find RRS feed

  • Any time user clicks on  ‘New Record and chose one or New Activity and chose one or Advanced Find' from Outlook client …none of them launch and error messages are displaysed.  Using Outlook 2007 and Vista.



    Description from end user:

    "For example, when I click on Advanced Find, I get two screens pop up – one that states ‘ do you want to view only webpage content that was delivered securely? If I chose yes or no, I get the same second pop up screen that states ‘ there was an error while executing for this menu item’


    The same messages come up when trying other tasks as well…..
