  •

I installed Live one care on my computer.  during the inital scan it crashed.  I have reinstalled it and am running great.  But now it is looking for another computer.  I need to know if I have lost one of my 3 licenses because I still have 2 more computers that I need to install it on.  This comuputer was the main hub but is now not.  Can I change this?  Help

  • No. If this is the first computer you have successfully installed onecare with. This will considered to be your first subscription.

To make a computer to be a hub PC:
    1. Open Windows Live OneCare.
    2. Click Manage your OneCare circle.

      –or–

If you've already set up a OneCare circle, click Your OneCare circle.

    3. Click Make this PC a hub PC.
    4. Enter the Windows Live ID that you used to install OneCare, and then click Sign in.

  • Random Act,

You can also refer to the Windows Live Help for your questions here at

    http://help.live.com/help.aspx?mkt=en-us&project=onecarev2

UP on the left hand corner you can type in the subject, such as "add hub" and it will give you a list of options

    to choose from.

If you are still having issues, you can click on Contact Support on the lower right hand side and click on Get Support.

    I hope this helps,
