  • [was subject] I subscribed to a one year contract for security from Microsoft. My hard drive had to be replaced. the tech said all would be restored but I am getting the messsage I only have 20 some days left. I lost my receipt so How can I fix this? Thanks


    My hard drive had to be replaced under warranty. I subscribed to Windows Live care and now I get a message I only have 20 some days left. How can I get my subscription back? Thanks
