Is there an indicator or icon to indicate an email activity has attachments? RRS feed

  • I am wondering if an activity is an email, is there a field indicating the email has attachment or an icon?

    This feature is not available oob. however we can easily add a custom attribute to the email entity. Through workflows or plugins on the activitymime attachment we can update the associated email activity custom attribute.

    In the case it would be incoming email this approach would not work.

    The possibility I see is to create plugin which will handle Retrieve message and put to some custom field number of associated attachments.
